I can't access webmail from within Plesk Print

Problem Description

Clicking the webmail button in Plesk does not work -- either the page doesn't load or I get a 404 error
I can't find the webmail button in Plesk
The webmail drop down in my email settings in Plesk says "None" with no option to enable webmail and it says "The webmail component was not installed."

Problem Resolution

This is by design. We use our own external-from-Plesk webmail platform that is accessible at https://webmail.websavers.ca
