Problem Description
- You created an email address in Plesk, but are unable to login via webmail at https://webmail.websavers.ca
- Your email accounts are configured within Plesk control panel
- You are not using Exchange hosting (if you are, see here to learn how to log in to Outlook Web Access)
Problem Resolution
If you used capital letters in your email address when you created the email address in Plesk, then you will need to ensure you use the same capital letters when logging in with webmail -- it is case sensitive. For this reason, we strongly recommend removing and re-creating the email account to no longer have capital letters. For example, if you created the email address SamFisher@splintercell.com, you will not be able to login without enter the capital S and F when logging in to webmail. To remedy this problem, simply remove the account and re-create it using all lowercase - samfisher@splintercell.com in this example.
Your domain name must be pointing to your Websavers hosting for webmail to work. If your DNS has yet to be pointed to your Websavers hosting, you will not be able to use webmail until up to 24 hours after the DNS changes have been completed - specifically the mail.<domain> record.
