Problem Description

• You've got two or more hosting plans or domains within your Websavers account and wish to separate at least one of them into a completely different Websavers account

Problem Resolution

Please follow these steps to make this change happen:

1. Create (or have the new owner create) the new Websavers account here: https://clients.websavers.ca/whmcs/register.php
2. Log in to your account that currently houses the hosting and/or domain that you wish to separate and create a new ticket requesting that the services (specifying each one, like a hosting plan and a domain) be pushed to the new account. Be sure to specify the name and email address of the new account.
3. We'll make that move happen within 24 hours of the request (Mon-Fri)

Once that move is done you won't have any control over the hosting or domain unless the new owner grants you access.

Note: you will need to settle any unpaid invoices for the hosting and/or domain that is being moved.
