Problem Description
You have an SSL certificate installed as per our guide and most browsers are reporting everything working fine, however some browsers, such as on Android devices or older versions of Internet Explorer, are reporting that the site is insecure.
This issue occurs when the certificate is installed, but the intermediate certificates that connect your certificate to the SSL issuer's root certificate are missing. Some browsers have those intermediate certificates included in their offline SSL certificate storage, but some do not. This is why only certain browsers are unable to verify the security of your site.
Problem Resolution
Take a look in the email that contains your SSL certificate, there you should find a zipped up bundle that contain the intermediatary certificates. Head to our SSL Certificate Installation Guide and complete Part C again, making sure to set up your intermediate and root certificate bundle.
After applying the changes, you may need to disable and re-enable SSL for your domain under "Web Hosting Settings" to ensure the updated certificate chain is made live.
