To enable web statistics for your domain, complete the following steps:
- Login to Plesk
- Choose Domains from the sidebar on the left
- Select the domain in the list for which you wish to view the statistics
- Under the Web Site section, choose "Web Hosting Settings"
- The second last option on the page is "Web Statistics". You can choose either Webalizer or AWStats (the latter of which is the better reporting tool).
- Check the box on the far right for password protection if you wish to ensure only you can view the stats. This will protect it with your FTP username and password, so be sure you know these before proceeding.
- Choose OK
Now that you've enabled web stats you can use the following directions to view them:
- Login to Plesk
- Scroll down to the Statistics section and choose "Web Statistics"
- If provided a list of domains, select the domain for which you wish to view its stats
- If you're shown an error like "Error: You did not select a Web statistics program to be used for this Web site." then look below to find out how to enable web statistics for the domain
- A window will pop up showing your stats for the domain. If it does not appear, then your browser is blocking it - you will need to find your browser's pop-up controls to whitelist the site and allow the popup.
