My domain is expired and I'd like to renew it for more than just one year Print

  • 1

Since the domain is now expired, you need to re-activate it before adding more years to the registration period. To accomplish this, start by completing payment on the outstanding invoice for the 1-year renewal, then you can renew for additional years after that. Here's how:

  1. Login at https://clients.websavers.ca/whmcs/clientarea.php and complete payment on the invoice for the domain to have it automatically renew for 1 year
  2. Once the renewal is complete and the domain is no longer expired, go here:https://clients.websavers.ca/whmcs/clientarea.php?action=domains and select "Manage" beside the domain
  3. Choose "Renew" and you will have the option of selecting a 3 year cycle for renewal. If you don't see the "Renew" option, you will need to wait until the initial 1-year renewal is complete and the domain is re-activated before proceeding with the registration for additional years.
