Shared accounts are accounts that only real mail accounts in the Exchange organization can access. That means you cannot directly log into a Shared Account, so how do you access it?
- Begin by logging in to any real account on the organization that is configured to have access to the Shared Account: http://ex.websavers.ca
- Once logged in, choose your 'profile' icon in the upper right corner, then select "Open another mailbox"
- In the field that appears, enter the email address of the shared account. As you're typing it should automatically show that address as a selectable option - click on it
- Choose "Open"
If you get a permission error, your email admin must login to our Client Centre, head to the Exchange configuration and ensure your email address has permission (is selected) to have access to the Shared Account.
Otherwise, you will now be viewing the Famtrips shared account in a separate tab! To switch between shared and real accounts, simply change browser tabs.
