How to sync a locked subscription in Plesk Print

Problem Description

  • You are a Plesk reseller or administrator (Plesk customers cannot do this)
  • You have a subscription that shows as locked
  • When you change the parent service plan's limits, the change does not sync to the subscription

Problem Resolution

You will need to unlock the subscription and sync it with the service plan. Here's how to do so:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com.
  3. Click Unlock & Sync in the Account section on the right. Note: If the Account section is hidden, click on the button in the upper right corner that looks like a left arrow inside a box.

This will sync the subscription with the service plan and keep it in sync for future service plan changes. While most changes to the service plan will sync (ex: limits and permissions), select items do not, such as the PHP version.
