Problem Description
- Emails being sent through your website are not received at the destination email account
- You use an external mail service - one which is not hosted on the same server as your website - like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- You have configured your MX DNS records to match those provided by your external mail provider
Problem Resolution
Plesk must be configured to work smoothly with external mail systems and also allow your website to also send messages successfully at the same time. Please ensure you've completed all of the steps in these two guides:
