Visiting your website shows a page indicating the site is protected by Imunify360 Print

Problem Description

When you visit a page on your website, you get a screen that says: "{your_site} is protected by Imunify360, We have noticed an unusual activity from your IP {IP} and blocked access to this website." It provides a reCAPTCHA I'm not a robot checkbox.

Problem Resolution

Simply check the box to confirm that you are not a bot and the page will disappear.

This will occur if our firewall (Imunify360) detects unusual activity such as any of the following:

1. Repeated failed attempts to login to your hosted email account or your website (like a WordPress admin)
2. Encountered multiple errors while working in the WordPress admin
3. [Rare] You could have a virus on your computer that is behaving like a bot unbeknownst to you. Running a virus scan is always recommended.
4. [Rare] Most Internet providers use shared IP addresses so you may have inherited the IP of another user who's computer had a virus

This only occurs on a per-IP address basis, so others will not be seeing this page unless they too have engaged in suspicious activity.
