Please ensure that you're using the correct login details and the default FTP port - 21 - when connecting. Your streaming port, typically between 8000 and 8100 is purely for streaming audio and will not work for an FTP connection.
You can view the FTP username and password within the Client Centre by logging in and viewing the details of your radio server plan. The Login Details tab will show you all you need to connect via FTP.
Note that with Centova 3 you can upload media directly through the Centova web interface; FTP is no longer required.
