When logging in to Centova, you can best access it through our Client Centre at https://clients.websavers.ca - it will automatically log you in. However if you wish to login directly to the Shoutcast Server Administration panel, here's how!
- Login to the Client Centre
- Choose the Login to Centova button beside the plan you wish to administer
- Select "Server Administration" on the left
- Choose "Admin Login" on the right
- Enter 'admin' for the username (not your centova username) and the same password you use for centova
That's it! Just be sure you're using admin for a username and not your username for CentovaCast. If you are unable to login, you can reset the administrator password within CentovaCast here:
- Choose Configure Server on the left
- Set the "Administrator password" field to whatever you would like it changed to
NOTE: If you have changed your password at any time, you must restart the server (in the lower left corner of Centova) to ensure it accepts the new password. Until the server is restarted you will not be able to login to the Shoutcast Administration panel with your new password.
