Can I upgrade my account at any time?

Absolutely!

For example, if you start with our Carbon plan, but decide you want to host more than one website, or that you require more disk space, you can simply upgrade to the next plan up to gain more resources. Our billing software will automatically calculate how much of the current plan you've paid for and put it towards the price of the new plan.

If, after completing the upgrade and payment, you don't see the upgraded resources within Plesk (note the Client Centre takes 24 hours to update its stats), open a ticket to have us take a look; your account might just need to be resynced with the service plan.
