How do I hide an element with BeaverBuilder Print

  • 0

Problem Description

  • You wish to hide an element on a page powered by BeaverBuilder

Problem Resolution

In many cases you can accomplish this simply by completing the following steps:

  1. Edit the page with BeaverBuilder
  2. Click on the element you wish to hide
  3. Go to the Advanced tab and look for the visibility section
  4. Change the option "Display" from "Always" to "Never"

If, when you do that, it leaves a gap and possibly background colour with no content and you don't wish to have that empty space, then you need to hide the column or row instead:

Once in the row or column settings, follow steps 3 and 4 above to change the row or column's visibility.

Note: to avoid any confusion in the future, if you already set Display to Never on the module prior to making the change on the row or column, you should go back and change that back to Always for the module. This way you don't have two levels of visibility to troubleshoot in the future.
