Problem Description

• You wish to use 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) / Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) with your Websavers account

Problem Resolution

For optimal security segregation of services, each of the systems we use provides a completely separate 2FA time-based code. These systems are:

1. The Client Centre
2. Plesk Control Panel
3. Websavers Webmail

When you log in to each, you'll find the option to use 2FA in the account settings.

You will need to add each separately to your authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, or Authy. It's important not to confuse the three separate systems/entries as the codes will each only work for their specific associated website.
