Problem Description
- Your credit card was used to successfully complete payment on prior invoices
- That same credit card is no longer showing as being saved to your account
Problem Resolution
There are three ways a credit card can be removed from your account:
- You, or a connected user for your account with billing permissions, removed the card from the account, or
- The card's expiry date was reached and our system automatically removed it for the protection of your information
- If your card was declined more than 5 times, it's possible an admin removed the card from your account manually
If your card recently expired, then (2) is the reason for the missing card. You can now save the updated card information to your account.
If your card has not recently expired and there were not multiple declinations when attempting a transaction, it is strongly recommended to reach out to those with access to your account, including anyone with your password and any additional users with billing permissions. You may also wish to change your password at this time.
