Problem Description

When sending email to your server the sender receives a bounce message like this:

Our system has detected that this
550-5.7.1 message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR
records 550-5.7.1 and authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1

Problem Resolution

There are two possible solutions to this:

1. Add a DNS AAAA record to your DNS config for the IPv6 (this will look the same as your root A record) and then add the IPv6 rDNS or PTR record (the reverse). Here's how to manage your DNS records in Plesk.
2. Remove IPv6 from the server entirely using the Plesk support guide. (If you use a different control panel, check their documentation).
