Problem Description
- You do not wish to have our 1-click web apps utility (Installatron) managing your app (like WordPress) for you. Please note that you will need to use alternate software to handle backups, cloning, staging environments, and updates for your web app.
- You find duplicates of your web application listed in 1-click web apps
Problem Resolution
NOTE: if you have found a duplicate listing in 1-click web apps for your app, make absolutely sure that it's referencing the exact same application by checking both the domain and subfolder as well as the database name by clicking on the wrench icon, then choosing the "Files & Tables" tab. The database name and prefix will be displayed here. If everything is identical, then you've indeed found a duplicate! If not, you've actually found a cloned copy of your website and you should probably remove it entirely and not just from 1-click web apps.
To remove an app entry from 1-click web apps without removing the actual app (files & database):
- Click on the wrench icon beside the duplicate entry
- Choosing the "Advanced" tab
- Scroll to the very bottom of this page and check the box indicating to remove the app (this option will not remove the app itself, just the reference in 1-click web apps)
- Press the Save button
Your app will be removed from 1-click web apps, yet the app itself will remain installed and active.

If instead you prefer to remove the application itself, erasing the files and database: go to the list of web applications in 1-click web apps and click the X icon beside the app you wish to remove.
