Troubleshoot Installatron

To troubleshoot general issues with Installatron, such as getting a blank screen or apps not showing server-wide, you can run a simple repair script as root that typically fixes these kinds of problems:

rm -fr /usr/local/installatron/lib/usr/local/installatron/etc/php.ini
curl -O http://dal01.installatron.com/installatron-plugin.sh
chmod 755 installatron-plugin.sh
./installatron-plugin.sh -f --quick --edge

If this does not resolve the problem, try removing the extension in Plesk, then running the commands above again. If you still see a blank screen when trying to access Installatron in Plesk, you will need to install a custom version of PHP as follows:

Download & Compile:

yum install gcc zlib-devel libjpeg-turbo-devel libpng-devel
mkdir -p /usr/local/installatron  && cd /usr/local/installatron
curl -O http://php.net/distributions/php-7.0.32.tar.gz
tar xzf php-7.0.32.tar.gz  && cd php-7.0.32

Install

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/installatron/php --disable-libxml --disable-dom --disable-simplexml --disable-xml --disable-xmlreader --disable-xmlwriter --enable-posix --enable-mbstring --enable-ftp --enable-sockets --without-pear --without-iconv --with-zlib --with-gd --with-jpeg-dir --with-png-dir --with-mysql=mysqlnd --with-mysqli=mysqlnd --with-pdo-mysql=mysqlnd --with-gettext
make && make install

Clean Up

cd ..
rm -fr php-7.0.32 php-7.0.32.tar.gz /usr/local/installatron/bin

Allow Access to MySQL

echo 'mysql.default_socket = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
mysqli.default_socket = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' >> /usr/local/installatron/etc/php.ini

Now removing the extension in Plesk and run the repair commands at the top of this page (again).

Source.
